... my legs and arms will be covered in sun-rays. Winter solstice just passed a week ago. That means longer days and warmer weather ahead. Slowly but surely.

In summer of 2009, I played this over and over again. It will be on repeat in 2010. Oh yes.

Once writen

Forget computers and word processors. I want to own one of these beauties.

I'd use one of these only for a specially written piece. A personal thank you note, a letter to a close friend or maybe a love letter. Shifting parts, inked typefaces and that shuffling sound (see video below) when you hit a key. You'd have to think hard and careful before typing things down, which I think is the beauty of these little fellers.

So may I introduce to you, the act you've known for all these years

I still remember digging up my dad's crazy looking Sgt. Pepper album for the first time and listening to it for a whole night. My ears and mind were blown away. Oh yea.

Rock your socks off

I've been meaning to build myself a sock collection. Cue Happy Socks. Look at all the yummy colours!

What's frustrating is I can't find any in my local town that are remotely close to these. Not even a simple pair of argyles. Only yucky blacks and the occasional lighter shades. They're not huge on colours here I guess.

$10 a pair from the site. Le sigh. Time to break the piggy bank.
